 Sales Executive (20 positions):

JFPS Group Sales Executives are at the forefront of the company as they play an important role in research, market penetration and business development. You are responsible to develop and grow the client base through continuous research and self-education,. You will maintain strategic business relations with senior executives in multinational companies and national companies through effective and professional customer relationship management. Business negotiation and confidence are key in a successful career as a Sales Executive. Sales Executives are money-driven and target oriented.

 Event Producer (2 positions)

Event producers are at the forefront of the company and specialize in business research and project management. You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programs at the cutting edge of business strategy. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event. Event producers have a lot of budgetary control and you will be making financial decisions that will have significant bottom line impact. Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the best possible marketing campaign and with the Sponsorship Manager to put together an effective sponsorship strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, International Trade, etc.
• Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese
• Significant commercial experience and business sense
• A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills
• A highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to completer projects to tight deadlines
• A team-worker, flexible, imaginative and open to new ideas
• Fresh graduates will be considered

 Corporate Partnership Executive (3 positions)

JFPS Group Corporate Partnership Executives are the “Strategic Partner” of our clients as they play an important role in enhancing the clients' performance in terms of the marketing and business development objectives. You are responsible to research, identify, maintain and develop the client base through continuous accumulation of business knowledge market awareness. You will maintain strategic business relations with senior executives in multinational companies and also the national companies through effective telephone approach, client visit, and professional customer relationship management. Industry insights and good business negotiation skills are key factors in a successful career as a Corporate Partnership Executive.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate with senior management particularly in multinational and fortune 500 companies.
• Excellent communication skills in terms of good oral English, written English and experienced in business negotiation

 Operations Trainee (2 positions)

JFPS Group Operations Team plays an important role in actualizing the company's event. You will be responsible for all aspects of smooth running of events including coordination with internal and external customers, venue set-up, logistic arrangement, delegate registration and etc. Business negotiation and sourcing skills are important when dealing with hotels, printing house, translators and etc.

Requirements:

• Computer literate and good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Microsoft Publisher.
• Expected to act with initiative and take a high degree of responsibility and independence
• Able to work under pressure and constantly meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team
• Possessing excellent team work spirit and customer centric awareness
• Having a pleasant personality and have a creative flair
• Good command of English written and spoken
