JFPS’s Annual M&A conference has come into its 5th year! And we are happy to tell you this year, we promise, will be different!

As “economic crisis” is no longer the buzzword for this time, the world economy is showing some signs of recovery. However, doing M&A has become no easier than before. After the re-shuffle of the business world, potential buyers and sellers are seeking new and better models in partnership strategy. They need to come back to rethink how to wield M&A tool to better enhance company competency and achieve the sustainable corporate development.

This 5th Annual M&A Conference is not only about knowhows, but more about new opportunities, inspirational sessions and outstanding leaders. We will help you to foresee the problems and learn to solve them. JFPS’s Annual M&A conference is coming into its 5th year! We promise this year will be different and stand out from the past events, which have also been highly regarded by the past delegates.

As a powerful platform tailor-made for M&A practitioners, the past events gathered more than 400 participants to discuss and learn how to doing M&A deals in China. Based on the feedback, well-selected topics, real life case study sharing and practical experience from eminent speakers contributed to the great success of the past events.

Highlighted themes featured each past M&A conference: deal-making competency enhancement for the first two events; post-merger integration strategies for the third one and well-prepared first step for the fourth one. Besides the market and regulation updates from the experts, hands-on experience was also shared on the topics like targets short-listing, IP Due Diligence, M&A objectives fulfillment, culture integration, people factor and change management.
