JFPS’s Annual M&A conference is coming into its 5th year! We
promise this year will be different and stand out from the past events,
which have also been highly regarded by the past delegates.
As a powerful platform tailor-made for M&A practitioners, the past
events gathered more than 400 participants to discuss and learn how to
doing M&A deals in China. Based on the feedback, well-selected topics,
real life case study sharing and practical experience from eminent
speakers contributed to the great success of the past events.
Highlighted themes featured each past M&A conference: deal-making
competency enhancement for the first two events; post-merger
integration strategies for the third one and well-prepared first step for the fourth one. Besides the market and regulation
